Terminal welding
In order to weld wires and components to terminal connectors, we adapt tools to your application or re-design them. This means the necessary positioning of the individual components in relation to one another and thus a constant energy density per mm2 is guaranteed.
Depending on the geometric shape of the components and contacting surfaces, the wires can be welded in place either pre-compacted or in a direct working step. This involves simultaneous compacting and welding within one working cycle. This requires the geometric form of the connecting surface of the component to be matched to the wire cross-section, however.
We thus guarantee the highest possible level of quality as well as good handling in the production process. These custom-made machines are available in the form of table-top workstations for manual production through mobile units for sequential production at the cable board for cable manufacture and modules for integration in existing automatic systems and lines. Our own semi-automatic cells or fully automatic production lines round off the range. The almost endless range of applications covers such diverse fields as automotive, medicine, solar, switch cabinet technology, domestic engineering and white goods.
Mixed connections and special alloys can also be welded in combination with our intelligent current sources and customer-specific tools. Our laboratory team will be happy to check the technical feasibility of our application and manufacture initial samples for you.
